We prefer to work in the following way. You describe very precise what it is you're looking for. We will comment on your description and ask you some questions. We will also explain to you the possibilities and the impossibilities of your ideas and we will explain the benefits and drawbacks of the different areas in Catalonia.

If after this discussion you think that we might be able to help you, you can initiate a property search. This means that we will visit all the real estate agents in the agreed area and will go to every rural property which looks even remotely interesting for you. We will note all the positive and negative aspects of each separate finca and will send you a detailed report on a CD-Rom, including the digital photo's and small video feeds of the properties.

This will take approximately 4 weeks. After that you should come over again to visit the interesting properties with us.

This way you get a much more objective impression than if you speak directly to the real estate agent. He will tell you only the positive aspects about the property, keeping quiet about it's drawbacks. We know where to look out for and can ask the right questions. This can and probably will save you a lot of trouble later on. We can also help you arrange a cheap Spain holidays if you want to visit other parts on Spain on your trip to visit properties in Catalonia.

We will charge 500 euro for this property search, 50% payable in advance and the other 50% after receiving the report. If your dream house is for sale in the designated area, we will find it for you.

If afterwards you decide you want to buy the property, we will counsel you during the whole process of buying the property. This means we will bring an architect to the property to see if the property is in good condition. We will work closely with a lawyer to watch out for any kind of malpractice and advise you in all other relevant issues. This is done for a 4% commission over the agreed buying price.

Depending on the property you buy, some restoration or reconstruction could be required. Or maybe you deside to rebuild the house in its original form. In all these cases we can help evaluate the different options, find a trustworthy constructor and apply for the necessary permissions.

If you have bought a house as an investment or to visit only during the holidays, you probably want it to be looked after at regular intervals during your absence. If you offer your house for rent, it will need surveillance, cleaning and a some maintenance. Here we can also be of service to you. As you might expect, some of the properties lack part of the infrastructure which we take for granted. Some are not connected to public energy supplies, others have a well for their water supply and most are not connected to the public sewer system.
