Designing and building your house in Catalonia, Spain.

From the Costa Brava to Barcelona, from Girona to Manresa; we have done projects in all of Catalonia. <br> We are currently working with five persons divided over two offices; one in Barcelona and the other in Campdevanol (Ripoll). The two architects, Joan Tenas and Alfredo Matas, have more then 20 years experience between them.</P> <B>designing</B> <P>Our primary job is designing your house in close cooperation with you. Together we will discuss your requirements and wishes, from which we will make the first designs which finally will result in the final design of your new house.</P> <B>building costs</B> <p>We can also keep a strict eye on the costs during the construction, making sure that your house is build for the price you've agreed with the contractor.</p> <B>Project management</B> <P>Building a house abroad is a complex matter which needs a lot of experience and attention. As an extra service we can assist you with all aspects of building a house. From finding a thrustworthy constructor, applying for permissions, manage the construction, to the installation of the pool; we can be your contact in Catalonia.</P> <B>our fee</B> <P>We work for an all included fixed fee, agreed on beforehand. You will never get extra bills from us for "unforeseen" events, travel expenses or extra work. To calculate our fee we use the standard prices as they are supplied by the "Collegi d'Arquitectes de Catalunya" each year.</P> <B>examples</B> <P>We're still working on this section. The first <a href="examples/index.html">example</a> online is a house we designed in Platja de Pals (Costa Brava).
